Apprenticeship Completion Payment & Tool Allowance

Since opening last year, more than 1,000 construction apprentices have been paid the Cook Labor Governments $1,000 apprentice completion payment.

That's good news for apprentice tradies to cover the cost of living - and it's good news for Western Australians looking to get a house built.

Our Budget invests more in that program - giving tradies throughout their apprenticeship access to the annual $1,000 milestone payments.

Our priority will always be getting Western Australians into work first - and investing in training to skill them up where we need to.
