The South of Perth Yacht Club received $80,000 for an all-abilities rescue boat.

Kim Giddens said the rescue boat would support the yacht club’s ‘Sailability’ program.

“People with disabilities can face significant challenges to participating in social and community activities,” she said.

“The Sailability program, run by volunteers at the South of Perth Yacht Club, provides an opportunity for people with a range of disabilities to experience the joy of sailing.”
