Exciting News for Mount Pleasant Bowling Club! 🏆🌳

As your local representative, I am proud to announce that under a re-elected Cook Labor Government, we are committing $9,000 to support the Mount Pleasant Bowling Club with a contribution towards a shade structure. 🌞

This investment will ensure that bowlers and visitors can enjoy the club's facilities in comfort all year round, no matter the weather. By improving the infrastructure at the club, we are helping to create a more enjoyable and accessible space for the community to come together, stay active, and enjoy the sport of lawn bowls.

This commitment builds upon my 2021 election commitment of $100,000 which delivered a universally accessible toilet which was fitted out to accommodate major not for profit aged care service provider Melville Cares. 

Mount Pleasant Bowling Club has always been a hub of community connection, and this funding will help them continue to thrive and support their members, young and old.
