Booragoon Primary School is set to receive $44,231 through the Cook Labor Government's Supporting School Canteens Program, delivering important upgrades to the school's canteen facilities.
The funding will be used for canteen equipment and minor facility upgrades, helping increase the canteen's capacity to continue serving students and the wider school community.

School canteens are a valued part of every school community, and it's important they have the facilities and equipment they need to operate efficiently and support students each day. This investment will help ensure Booragoon Primary School's canteen is well equipped to continue serving local families for years to come.
The Supporting School Canteens Program is delivering practical upgrades to public school canteens across Western Australia, with funding supporting improvements to equipment and facilities that make a real difference for schools and their communities.
This latest investment builds on the Cook Labor Government's ongoing commitment to Booragoon Primary School. Earlier this year, the school benefited from a $2.3 million air-conditioning upgrade, creating cooler, more comfortable classrooms for students and staff, as well as $35,000 for new shade structures and outdoor seating near the canteen.
