Rossmoyne Senior High School will receive a $50,000 Cook Labor Government grant to upgrade its swimming pool facilities and improve community access.

The funding, delivered through the Community Use of School Sporting Facilities Program, will be used to install non-security pool lighting, allowing the South Shore Swimming Club to safely use the school’s pool after hours.

This investment will strengthen the partnership between Rossmoyne Senior High School and the South Shore Swimming Club, helping make better use of local facilities and creating more opportunities for the community to participate in sport.

The Cook Labor Government is committed to investing in our schools and ensuring students, families and local communities have access to high-quality facilities.

Through programs like this, we are helping schools make the most of their facilities by supporting partnerships with local sporting clubs and delivering upgrades that benefit the wider community.
