The Malay Association received a grant of $5,000 to support their initiative, Radio Melayu Perth - Building a positive Community. 

A wonderful grant supplied to a Bateman organisation doing important work in our community!  

Grant funding is provided by the Office of Multicultural Interests (OMI) through its Community Grants Program (CGP).

Community Capacity Building is one of the CGP categories, and it offers support for initiatives that aid CaLD communities, particularly those from new and emerging communities, women, elders, children, and regional communities.
