More than 310,000 WA seniors have shared in over $28 million in direct financial assistance thanks to the Cook Government's Cost of Living Rebate.
Only WA Labor committed to reintroducing this policy, a program cut by the WA Liberals.
The Cost-of-Living Rebate is paid annually to WA Seniors Card members with singles receiving a payment of $104 and couples receiving $156 this year.
The Cook Government has ensured that the rebate will be increased in line with inflation at a cost of $15.6 million.
The WA Seniors Card program provides members across the State with access to an average of $650 annually in total value for State Government concessions.
