In 2021 I committed $100,000 to resurface three netball courts at Brentwood Primary School. 

My netball glory days are behind me, but I am still passionate about the sport and the pathway it provides for young girls and women to develop skills, fitness and confidence. 

Tingara Netball Club is the largest club affiliated with the Fremantle Netball Association, and they have been serving our community since 1969. 

Training at Brentwood Primary School meant the club was using courts that were not up to standard required for training and safety purposes for today's players. 

I was able to show Sue Ellery the courts and she agreed - let's get them resurfaced! 

This has been one of my favourite commitments and it was an honour to see these upgrades delivered, ensuring current and future infrastructure needs for Tingara Netball Club!
