I’m delighted to announce a re-elected Cook Labor Government and I are committing $5,000 to support Cruising Butterflies at the South of Perth Yacht Club! 

Each autumn, the South of Perth Yacht Club, with the support of Kiind (a support organization from Perth Children's Hospital) and other sponsors including Applecross Rotary and Melville Rotary, hosts “Cruising Butterflies”—an event that takes children with life-long health issues onto the Swan River aboard members' boats for a day of fun and relaxation.

I’m proud to support local groups like this, who are making a positive difference in our community.

Cruising Butterflies plays an important role in fostering inclusion, empowerment, and confidence among participants, and this contribution will help them to keep sailing ahead. It’s about making sure that everyone has the opportunity to be part of something special. 🌟
